The Florida Defense Forces is not a government entity, nor is it a state defense force as defined by Title XVII Chapter 251 of the State of Florida Code and Chapter 32 Section 109 (c) of the United States Code. The Florida Defense Forces is a purely state wide organization, and its operations are limited primarily to within the State of Florida.
